Yoga is a personal Journey, a practice for body mind and spirit. It provides you with a feeling of wellness and a connection to yourself.

Yoga classes come in all types and styles so you may like to contact us first to discuss where you are and tell us how you want to feel, what you want for your body, mind and well-being.


These classes include flowing movement and Asana that will build strength throughout the body and within the mind. Some classes are strong medium paced and some are Slow Paced. They will warm you, stretch your muscles and strengthen your body.


Yoga classes bring about a feeling of well being and calm. Yoga can help with anxiety and lift a low mood by giving you some headspace. We close our classes with Savasana and a guided meditation that allow you to leave class feeling refreshed and ready to take on your life away from your mat.

Elements of Ashtanga

An Ashtanga Yoga class that fits elements of  the primary series into one hour. A class suitable for Yogis that like a strong physical practice and have some experience of Flowing Yoga and balances. 

Yoga for Menopause

Women experience emotional and physical fluctuation around the time of the menopause and yoga can be a useful tool for regulating hormones. Yoga Asana can be specifically for calming the body and mind, balancing hormones and stress relief. Breathing techniques can be used for cooling, releasing of tension and balancing of energy.

Yoga for MEN

Here is one for the Gentlemen. A yoga class for men that can be as challenging or as steady as you want it to be.

You don’t have to be flexible or have great balance. You just have to turn up.

Yoga gently

A Yoga class at a slower pace looking after  sore knees, achy backs and balance. This class is for anyone who may need the support of a chair either sitting or standing. It brings the benefits of Yoga to everyone 


Yin Yoga

Yin yoga stretches and targets both the deep connective tissues between the muscles and the fascia throughout the body. The aim is to increase circulation in the joints and improve flexibility as the poses stretch and exercise the bone and joint areas. It also helps us to regulate the body’s flow of energy.
