Yoga is a personal Journey, a practice for body mind and spirit. It provides you with a feeling of wellness and a connection to yourself.

Yoga classes come in all types and styles so you may like to contact us first to discuss where you are and tell us how you want to feel, what you want for your body, mind and well-being.

YOGA for STRENGTH and Calm

These classes include flowing movement and Asana that will build strength throughout the body and within the mind. Some classes are strong medium paced and some are Slow Paced. They will warm you, stretch your muscles and strengthen your body.

Yoga classes bring about a feeling of well being and calm. Yoga can help with anxiety and lift a low mood by giving you some headspace. We close our classes with Savasana and a guided meditation that allow you to leave class feeling refreshed and ready to take on your life away from your mat.

YOGA to uplift and energise

A yoga class that mobilises, unwinds and warms up the body, settling the breath and mind. The movement of this class is a vinyasa style flow, and cools down with longer held poses on the mat and a delightful guided relaxation.
For this class please be able to weight bear on knees and wrists. 
This class will make you stronger, more flexible, improve core stability and balance and make you feel uplifted and energised.


Ashtanga flow

Ashtanga classes are invigorating, fun and challenging. They are based upon the Ashtanga method and have a flow element, incorporating a fusion of breath with movement.

Students should expect to work hard, but also feel the meditative experience of the continual flow of asana.
You should also expect to build a strong flexible and lean body from regular practice of this style of yoga whilst experiencing the calming and quietening effects on the mind.

Yoga for Menopause

Women experience emotional and physical fluctuation around the time of the menopause and yoga can be a useful tool for regulating hormones. Yoga Asana can be specifically for calming the body and mind, balancing hormones and stress relief. Breathing techniques can be used for cooling, releasing of tension and balancing of energy.

Yoga for MEN

Here is one for the Gentlemen. A yoga class for men that can be as challenging or as steady as you want it to be.
Open to all men that want to practice Yoga

You don’t have to be flexible or have great balance. You just have to turn up.

Yin Yoga

Yin yoga stretches and targets both the deep connective tissues between the muscles and the fascia throughout the body. The aim is to increase circulation in the joints and improve flexibility as the poses stretch and exercise the bone and joint areas. It also helps us to regulate the body’s flow of energy.
