These classes include flowing movement and Asana that will build strength throughout the body and within the mind. Some classes are strong medium paced and some are Slow Paced. They will warm you, stretch your muscles and strengthen your body.
YOGA for CALM
Yoga classes bring about a feeling of well being and calm. Yoga can help with anxiety and lift a low mood by giving you some headspace. We close our classes with Savasana and a guided meditation that allow you to leave class feeling refreshed and ready to take on your life away from your mat.
Yoga for Menopause
Women experience emotional and physical fluctuation around the time of the menopause and yoga can be a useful tool for regulating hormones. Yoga Asana can be specifically for calming the body and mind, balancing hormones and stress relief. Breathing techniques can be used for cooling, releasing of tension and balancing of energy.
Yoga for MEN
Here is one for the Gentlemen. A yoga class for men that can be as challenging or as steady as you want it to be.
Open to all men that want to practice Yoga
You don’t have to be flexible or have great balance. You just have to turn up.
Yin yoga stretches and targets both the deep connective tissues between the muscles and the fascia throughout the body. The aim is to increase circulation in the joints and improve flexibility as the poses stretch and exercise the bone and joint areas. It also helps us to regulate the body’s flow of energy.

Unwind from your day in this chilled-out yoga class, suitable for all bodies, ages and abilities, including beginners.
In this class, you will be able to stretch out your achy body, ease your mind and let go into deep rest.
The class will consist of: Guided breath awareness, Slow, focused movement with breath,Gentle stretches and movements to ease out tired muscles and joints, A long guided relaxation.
There will, of course, be the additional benefits of improved strength and flexibility, but the focus of attention will be on relaxation. This class is ideal for people who: Want a more gentle practice, Need to relax, Need to recharge, Have busy and hectic lives, Feel stressed, Have a tendency to burn out.
Yoga for Runners
Yoga for runners and walkers, infact all physical sports will benefit from this class . Your muscle length and joint mobility will be improved, your body will relax and your gait and posture will feel much better. Keep yourself safe from injury by using this class alongside your running or sport.
Our Teens Yoga Class is a safe non competitive class where the environment allows teenagers the space and time to relax and be themselves. The opportunity to make like minded friends and gently explore yoga and all its benefits.
In contrast, the Youngsters Yoga class is a whole lot of fun and yoga games, where the youngsters can explore some slow and some energetic Yoga movement. Learn some fun yoga breathing and the art of being still.
